Seasonal and spatial variation of chlorophyll-a concentration in Shengjin Lake

摘要:  

根据2013年1月、4月、8月和11月的监测数据,对升金湖叶绿素a浓度的时空分布特征及其与主要的环境因子的关系进行研究。结果表明,升金湖水体中叶绿素a分布具有明显的时间异质性,其季节变化范围为0.28~ 30.39μg/L,平均值为6.83± 5.60μg/L,最小值出现在冬季,最大值出现在秋季。叶绿素a浓度在冬、春季较低,夏、秋季较高。在空间分布上,叶绿素a浓度具有明显的空间异质性,即在下湖区最高,其次是中湖区,上湖区最低。Pearson相关性分析和PCA分析表明,升金湖叶绿素a浓度与水温、溶解氧及浊度均呈极显著相关,与总磷也具有一定的相关性。

Abstract:  

Seasonal and spatial variation of chlorophyll-a concentration and its relationships with the main environmental factors in Shengjin Lake in January, April, August and November of 2013 were investigated. Results showed that the obvious
seasonal variations were observed in chlorophyll-a concentration in Shengjin Lake. The concentration of chlorophyll-a ranged from 0.28μg/L to 30.39μg/L with an average value of 6.83± 5.60μg/L. The minimum and maximum of chlorophyll-a concentration were recorded in winter and autumn, respectively. The chlorophyll-a concentrations were relatively lower in winter and spring while much higher in summer and autumn. It also was found to have significant spatial heterogenity in chlorophyll-a concentration. The chlorophyll-a concentrations were the highest in the lower lake of the Shengjin Lake, followed by the middle and the upper lake. Pearson correlation analyses and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) revealed that the chlorophyll-a concentration in Shengjin Lake showed a significant correlation with water temperature, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity, while correlated with total phosphorus.
