大别山五针松种子活力的测定

Measurement of the Seed Viability of Pinus dabeshanensis

摘要: 用TTC染色法对大别山五针松种子的活力进行了测定。实验表明:0.1%的TTC是最佳染色浓度,在此浓度下,3 h后饱满种子活力即达到100%。此外,低温冷藏更有利于长时间保存种子的活力,至12个月时活力仍保持在100%。

Abstract: The viability of Pinus dabeshanensis seeds was measured by the method of TTC. The resrults showed that 0.1% TTC was an appropriate concentration for dyeing, and after dyed for 3 h, the viability percentages of full seeds were 100%. In addition, lower temperature was appropriate for the preservation of seed viability,which was 100% until preserved for 12 months.
