摘要: 褐藻胶是由β-D-甘露糖醛酸及其C5差向异构体α-L-古洛糖醛酸结合而成的线性高分子多糖。褐藻胶裂解酶通过β消去机制能将褐藻胶降解成具有生物活性的褐藻寡糖。褐藻寡糖因具有独特的促进生长、增强植物抗性、抑菌等生理活性而日益受到人们的关注。简要概述了褐藻胶裂解酶的来源分类、结构功能、酶学性质、褐藻寡糖的应用等方面的研究进展,为褐藻胶裂解酶在工业生产的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Alginate lyases can catalyze the degradation of alginate, a complex copolymer of L-guluronate and its C5 epimer D-mannuronate, with β-elimination mechanism and yield alginate oligosaccharides. Alginate oligosaccharide has many kinds of biological activities, such as promoting growth, enhancing resistance in plant and bacteriostasis, so that they have attracted more and more people′s attention. In this paper some research progress in the classification, structure, function, enzymatic properties of alginate lyase and the application of alginate oligosaccharides were reviewed. It will provide a theoretical basis for its application in industrial production.
