摘要: 缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α, HIF-1α)是一种广泛存在于体内的转录因子,在缺氧状态下发挥其调控作用,HIF-1α及其信号通路的激活可以促进细胞存活和增加对损伤性刺激的保护作用。结核分枝杆菌是一种极具传染性的胞内感染型细菌,其感染要面临低氧、一氧化氮和营养缺乏等逆境,缺氧时,HIF-1α通过影响巨噬细胞内的能量代谢途径来调控细胞对结核分枝杆菌的免疫应答,在巨噬细胞抗结核免疫中起着重要作用。旨在总结结核分枝杆菌诱导宿主HIF-1α通路活化在免疫调控中的作用,为结核分枝杆菌致病机制研究和疫苗研发提供参考。

Abstract: Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a widespread transcription factor in the body that exerts its regulatory role in hypoxia, and activation of HIF-1α and its signaling pathway promotes cell survival and increases protection against damaging stimuli.Mycobacterium tuberculosisis a highly infectious intracellular infectious bacterium, and its infection is exposed to adversities such as hypoxia, nitric oxide, and nutrient deficiencies. During hypoxia, HIF-1α regulates the cellular immune response toMycobacterium tuberculosisby affecting energy metabolism pathways within the macrophage, and it plays an important role in macrophage anti-tuberculosis immunity. The aim of this paper was to summarize the role ofM. tuberculosis-induced activation of the host HIF-1α pathway in immune regulation, and to provide a reference for the study of the pathogenic mechanism ofM. tuberculosisand vaccine development.
