以项目式实训为核心的生物科学拔尖学生培养模式探索

摘要: 山东大学生命科学学院积极响应党和国家对高质量创新拔尖人才的需求,依据生物学实验学科的特点,结合长达15年的拔尖学生培养经验,对生命科学拔尖人才培养体制机制展开卓有成效的探索,主要思路:按照生物学科学家的综合素养要求,设立生命创新实训基地,依托生物学实验教学中心以及国家级、省级科研平台,根据学生的科研兴趣和需求,统筹师资力量开展项目制科研训练,并组织拔尖学生以此为基础申请科创项目以及参加生物学竞赛。通过科学思路产生、实验方案设计、实验开展、结果分析、成果总结和展示等科学探究核心能力的培养,全方位提升拔尖学生的学科综合素养,同时将科学家精神塑造贯穿全过程,为尽早将优秀拔尖学生培养成为一流生物学科学家提供全新思路。

Abstract: The school of life sciences at Shandong University has implemented effective practices for cultivating top talents in life sciences, drawing on the characteristics of biological experimental disciplines and fifteen years of experience in student development. The main focus was on establishing a life innovation training base aligning with the comprehensive literacy requirements of biologists, utilizing national and provincial research platforms and coordinating teacher resources to provide project-based scientific research training tailored to students’ interests and needs. This approach also involved guiding top students in applying for science and technology projects, as well as participating in biology competitions. Through fostering core competencies such as scientific thinking process generation, experimental design, experimentation, results analysis, achievement summary, and presentation during scientific inquiry, overall literacy among top students was enhanced while instilling a spirit characteristic of scientists. This framework offered new perspectives for nurturing exceptional students into first-class scientists of life science.
