摘要: IFNLR1编码的蛋白质属于Ⅱ型细胞因子受体家族,其与IL-10RB结合成异二聚体受体复合物,与配体Ⅲ型干扰素IFNλs识别并结合,激活Jak-STAT信号通路。IFNLR1的表达模式不同于Ⅰ型干扰素受体,具有组织特异性。对其功能的研究主要基于小鼠模型,现已知IFNLR1参与了IFNλs激活的包括抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节在内的生物活动。在此基础上的相关研究仍在进一步探索中。

Abstract: IFNLR1 encoded protein belongs to the type Ⅱ cytokine receptor family. IFNλ identifies and combines with the dimer receptor complex formed by IFNLR1 chain and IL-10RB chain, and then activates the classic Jak-STAT signaling pathway. Molecular structure of IFNLR1 was studied and the three-dimensional structure was depicted. The expression pattern of IFNLR1 is of tissue specificity, while type Ⅰ interferon receptors are ubiquitously expressed. Research on gene function of IFNLR1 is mainly based on house mouse model. So far, it is known that IFNLR1 is involved in biological activities, including anti-virus, anti-tumor and immunomodulation. The related research is still further explored.
