Improvement of teaching methods of enzyme engineering

摘要: 酶工程是一门理论性和应用性很强的学科。为适应酶制剂产业快速发展的需要,培养出高素质的创新型专业人才,酶工程课程教学改革势在必行。以教学方法与手段的改革为核心,以提高酶工程课程教学质量与效果,提升学生的综合素质和创新能力为目标,对酶工程课程教学方法进行了探索和总结,以期为酶工程教学体系建设提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Enzyme engineering is one of higher theoretical and practical subject. In order to meet the fast development of the enzyme preparation industry and culturing high qualified technical staffs with innovating capacities, it is very important to improve teaching methods of the enzyme engineering. In this paper, the key issues of improving teaching qualities and effects of the enzyme engineering were mainly discussed, so as to advance the teaching quality and effect of enzyme engineering courses and compound abilities of students. The teaching methods of enzyme engineering course were also explored and summarized, which would provide a useful reference for making the teaching system of the course system more reasonable.
