The role of NEFAs in fat mobilization and oxidative stress in dairy cows with ketosis#br#

摘要: 糖脂代谢紊乱导致的营养代谢性疾病是奶牛酮病的病因,在围产奶牛中比较多见。由于围产期奶牛泌乳需要消耗大量能量,而此时能量摄入不足,因此机体需要动员脂肪,大量的脂肪动员会导致血液非酯化脂肪酸和酮体浓度上升。将以围产期酮病奶牛脂肪动员产物NEFAs的产生、利用和作用为重点一一论述,旨在为深入研究奶牛酮病的发病机制提供理论依据。

Abstract: Nutrition and metabolic disease induced by glycolipid metabolism is the cause of ketosis in dairy cows. This disease is common in high-yielding dairy cows. The lack of energy intake due to the much energy consume in dairy cows during perinatal period, which need to lipid mobilization to produce enough energy. Excess lipid mobilization will lead to the elevation of blood non-esterified fatty acids (NEFAs) and ketone concentration. In this paper, we will elaborate on the production, utilization and role of NEFAs in the perinatal period which will provide the theoretical basis for the further study of the pathogenesis of ketosis.
