Advances in the relationship between glycosyltransferase and bladder cancer

摘要: 糖生物学是一门新兴学科,由糖化学和糖生物学相结合而产生,研究糖复合物的糖链结构、生物合成及功能, 糖基转移酶是其主要研究内容之一,它参与了肿瘤发生发展的基本分子和细胞生物过程,它的异常表达在调节肿瘤发生发展中扮演着十分重要的角色,并作为生物标记物为肿瘤的干预治疗提供了一系列特异性靶点。膀胱癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,在世界范围内发病率和死亡率较高。因此,对糖基转移酶表达的改变与膀胱癌的关系作一综述。

Abstract: Glycobiology is a new branch of science that combined of carbohydrate chemistry and glycobiology. It mainly includes the structure, biosynthesis and biological function of chains of glycoconjugates. Glycosyltransferase is one of the main contents. The basic expression of glycosyltransferase in the development of tumorigenesis plays an important role in the development of tumorigenesis and has become a significant biomarker for interventional therapy. Bladder cancer is the most common urinary system carcinoma with high morbidity and mortality worldwide. Therefore, the relationship between glycosyltransferase expression and bladder cancer is reviewed.
