摘要: 可变剪接现象广泛存在于哺乳动物中。最新的研究数据表明,人类基因约95%的外显子都能够产生可变剪接,随着高通量测序技术和生物信息学技术的不断发展,人们对可变剪接的研究逐步从单个基因深入到组学层面,高通量组学数据的不断涌现,各组学数据之间的相互整合,使得系统性、全面性研究可变剪接调控机制成为可能。可变剪接调控机制的异常可能会导致癌症,脑胶质瘤是脑恶性肿瘤之一,致死率非常高,术后存活率极低,综述了近年来脑胶质瘤可变剪接调控机制研究的进展,并对剪接层面的临床治疗进行了展望。

Abstract: Alternative splicing is a key mechanism for regulating gene expression in mammals. Recent evidence demonstrates that approximately 95% of human genes with multiple exons undergo alternative splicing, with the development of high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics technology, the study of alternative splicing gradually progressed from single gene to group level, the high-throughput data emerging, the integration of data between the various groups, making a systematic, comprehensive study of alternative splicing is possible. The abnormal of alternative splicing may lead to cancer, and glioma is one of the malignant tumors of the brain. The lethality rate is very high and the survival rate is very low. In this paper, we reviewed the progress of the study on the mechanism of alternative splicing of glioma in recent years, and made a preliminary prospect of the clinical treatment of splicing level.
