马鞍列岛海洋特别保护区褐菖鲉生物学参数估算

Estimation of biological parameters for Sebastiscus marmoratus in Ma′an Archipelago Special Protected Area

摘要: 褐菖鲉是马鞍列岛海洋特别保护区保护种类,在食物网中具有重要作用。基于2009年1月—2010年2月马鞍列岛海洋特别保护区渔业资源调查数据,运用FiSAT Ⅱ软件估算了褐菖鲉的生长参数。用ELEFANⅠ技术拟合的褐菖鲉von Bertalanffy生长方程参数为:L∞=24.5 cm,K=0.39,t0=-0.74 a。用Pauly经验公式计算的自然死亡系数M=0.84,用体长变换渔获物法估算总死亡系数Z=3.04,捕捞死亡系数F=2.20。马鞍列岛海洋特别保护区褐菖鲉资源主要受钓捕作业影响,建议褐菖鲉最适捕捞体长为16.0 cm。

Abstract: Sebastiscus marmoratus is the protected species in Ma′an Archipelago Special Protected Area, and plays an important role in the food webs. The biological parameters for S. marmoratus in Ma′an Archipelago Special Protected Area were estimated based on the fisheries data collected from Jan., 2009 to Feb., 2010 by using FiSAT II package. The growth parameters of von Bertalanffy formula estimated by ELEFAN I were: L∞=24.5 cm, K=0.39, and t0=-0.74 a. The natural mortality coefficient M estimated by Pauly′s empirical equation was 0.84. The total mortality coefficient Z estimated by length-converted catch curve was 3.04 and the fishing mortality coefficient F was 2.20. The stock has been over exploited mainly due to fishing. It suggested that the optimal catchable size of S. marmoratus should be 16.0 cm.
