The oxygen consumption, ammonia excretion and asphyxiation point of Portunus trituberculatus in different growth periods

摘要: 为了研究三疣梭子蟹的呼吸代谢情况,采用静水式密闭装置的方法对三疣梭子蟹Ⅵ~Ⅺ期的耗氧率、排氨率和窒息点进行了测定。研究结果表明:三疣梭子蟹的耗氧量随着生长呈现上升趋势,在Ⅺ时达到最大值3.950 mg/L,Ⅷ~Ⅺ期间差异极显著(P<0.01);耗氧率随着生长呈现显著下降趋势。排氨量和排氨率均在Ⅵ期~Ⅹ期呈上升趋势,Ⅹ期时达到最大值,分别为1.34 mg/L和0.017 mg/(g·h)。窒息点在Ⅵ期~Ⅹ期呈现上升趋势,Ⅹ期时达到最大值9.12 mg/L。

Abstract: In order to investigate the respiratory metabolism of Portunus trituberculatus, the closed hydrostatic method was used to determine the oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate and asphyxiation point at the growth period of Ⅵ-Ⅺ. The results showed that the oxygen consumption increased with the late growth periods, the maximum value was 3.950 mg/L at Ⅺ period, the differences were significant among Ⅷ-Ⅺ period (P<0.01); the oxygen consumption rate decreased with the large growth period. The ammonia excretion and ammonia excretion rate increased between Ⅵ-Ⅹ period, and the maximum values were 1.34 mg/L and 0.017 mg/(g.h), respectilely at Ⅹ period. The asphyxiation point increased between Ⅵ-Ⅹ period, and the maximum value was 9.12 mg/L at Ⅹ period.
