摘要： 当下“互联网+”行动计划，将推进我国现代农业的转型升级，智慧农业是现代农业发展的新阶段。通过梳理我国智慧农业发展的进程，分析了智慧农业实现的条件及瓶颈，提出了“互联网+”设施农业、“互联网+”畜禽养殖业、“互联网+”水产养殖业、“互联网+”休闲农业、“互联网+”农产品物流业等智慧农业的发展路径。

Abstract: The modern agriculture will promote the transformation and upgrading under the "Internet +" plan of action in our country. The smarter agriculture is a new stage of modern agricultural development. Through carding process of smarter agricultural development in our country, the smarter agricultural development environment and bottleneck was analyzed, we put forward some development paths about smarter agricultural in our country.
