摘要: 为了便于开展基因芯片课堂教学,使学生能够更深刻地了解基因芯片技术原理及操作流程,设计并制作了一套仿真基因芯片系统。可以全真模拟芯片杂交、芯片扫描、结果判定等实验步骤。实验室仅需配备普通移液器即可进行基因芯片的实验教学,使学生可以切身体验基因芯片的操作过程,有助于学生深刻理解基因芯片的原理与方法,教学效果大大提高。

Abstract: A set of simulation gene chip system was designed and made in order to help students deeply understand the principle of gene chip technology and learn the operation processes. This system can simulate chip hybridization and scanning as well as the results of determination processes. Laboratories equipped with common liquid transfer devices can use this system for the experimental teaching of gene chip, so that each student has the opportunity to experience the operation of gene chip experiment. This design enabled students to deeply understand the principles and processes of gene chip, and in turn the teaching effects were greatly improved.
