摘要: 乳制品工业废水有机物含量高、可生化性好、容易被微生物分解利用,因此生物处理是目前乳制品工业废水处理中应用最为广泛的工艺技术。而微生物是乳制品废水污染物的主要降解者,是影响废水处理效率的最关键因素。为提高废水生物处理效率,综述了乳制品工业废水生物处理中好氧、厌氧和生物强化的微生物群落组成及生物强化工艺在乳制品废水处理的应用现状,探讨了微生物群落结构组成与乳制品废水处理效率之间的关系,为优化乳制品工业废水生物处理工艺条件和运行参数提供参考依据。

Abstract: Dairy industry waste water is characterized by high organic matter content, high ranges of the pollutants concentration and easily biodegraded. Hence, biological treatment process is a key technology used in the treatment of dairy industry waste water. While the pollutants are degraded by microorganisms developed in the waste water, it is the most important factor affecting efficiency of the treatment. In this article, the recent advancements on microbial diversity in the process of aerobic, anaerobic and the current status of bioaugmentation were discussed with the purpose of the process selection, operating parameters optimization.
