摘要:

系统介绍了巢湖污染的成因,主要由长期积聚的污染负荷,长期积聚的污染水域负荷,逐步消失的环湖湿地,碟形湖泊、高磷本底、内源释放四个原因造成。巢湖的污染特性表现为点源面源并重、总磷总氮为主的入湖污染结构;西北部污染重、西南部水质清的污染空间分布;呈现汛期湖区积聚、汛后入江消散的污染聚散过程。针对巢湖的污染成因和性质特征,按照“治湖先治河、治河先治污、治污先治源”的治水方略,强力实施环巢湖道路桥梁、防洪、航道、河道整治、生态修复、生态农业、入湖截污、旅游开发等“八大工程”。提出了环巢湖生态示范区建设(巢湖综合治理)的工作机制和保障体系。

Abstract:  The treatment to the water pollution of Chao lake is the requirement of national develop,pment strategy in China. This paper introduced the four kinds of reasons such as the longtime polluter accumulation, longtime polluted water accumulation, gradually disappeared wetlands and swamp and higher content of phosphorus in lake bottom as inner phosphorus releasing source, resulting in the water of the lake polluted. The polluters from point and non-point source pollution to the lake water mainly contained phosphorus and nitrogen elements. Research showed that the heavy polluted area located in the northwest part of the lake, while the lighter in the southwest part. The polluter accumulated during flood season, and dissipated into the Yangtze River after flood. According to the strategy of source control, the eight projects like road and bridge construction, flood control, channel and rive regulation, ecological rehabilitation, ecological agriculture, sewage interception and tourism development. To protect the project launching well, the effective working mechanism and assurance system were created and used to guide the next phase project scientifically.
