摘要: 3对基因连锁关系的判定与运算问题一直是遗传学教学的难点,作者通过寻找三因子杂合体测交后代中最相似两种表型显隐性变化之基因的简明处理方法使这类问题得到了解决,方便了学生的学习。

Abstract: The determination and the calculation of genetic linkage relation of three pairs of genes have always been difficulties in genetics course. To solve the problems, the author found a concise way--searching the gene of dominant or recessive changes in the two most similar phenotypes within test cross progenies of three-factor heterozygote. Result showed that it was easier for the students to study.
