摘要: 有效提高学生学习兴趣、充分活跃课堂气氛、建立高效教学模式是高校教育改革的重要内容之一。笔者在本科课程“酶工程”和“发酵工艺学”连续6年使用全英文课件双语教学的基础上,采用多种有效调动学生学习积极性并使学生高效获取多种知识与技能的方法,取得良好的教学效果,受到学生的普遍欢迎,为高校生物学科创新教学模式的探索做了有益的尝试。

Abstract: Stimulating students' interest in learning and activating classroom atmosphere as well as establishing an efficient teaching model have long been the important contents of higher education reform. During the past 6 years, bilingual lecturing of all-English courseware and other interesting methods have been adopted in undergraduate courses of "Enzyme Engineering" and "Fermentation Technology" in Shandong Normal University. These methods have been found to be effective to stimulate the students’ learning enthusiasm and to help them gain knowledge and skills. The innovative teaching methods have been well received by the students and will be helpful in biological education reform in universities.
