不同授粉量对天麻果实发育及结实的影响

Study on the effects of different pollen load on fruit development and seed setting of Gastrodia elata

摘要: 兰科植物花粉聚合成块,在自然界中以全或无的方式进行授粉。为探讨不同授粉量对天麻果实发育及结实的影响,在天麻开花期,以完整花粉块为对照,在解剖镜下将花粉块切分成1/2、1/4、1/8、1/16,授粉后16 d测定果实、种子大小和重量。结果表明:不同授粉量影响果实大小、重量和单颗果实的种子总重量;授粉量1/4及以下时,果实的长宽和重量(鲜重、干重)明显减少;对照与1/2授粉量的种子干重约为0.006 g,1/4和1/8的分别为0.003 g和0.0016 g;不同授粉量对种子长度和种胚的大小没有影响,种子长度约0.55 mm,种胚长度、宽度分别为0.15 mm和0.10 mm;但在授粉量1/4及以下时,种子宽度明显增加,由0.13 mm增加到0.16 mm。授粉量降低影响果实大小和重量、种子宽度,但对种子长度和种胚的形态影响不大,推测天麻的花粉数量与胚珠的数量比值接近2∶1。

Abstract: Pollen of orchid plants aggregates into blocks and pollinates in nature in an all-or-none manner. The effects of different pollen load on the development and seed setting of Gastrodia elata were explored. During the flowering period, the whole pollinarium was used as a control group, the pollinarium were divided into 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 under the dissecting microscope. The fruit, seed size and weight were measured at 16 days after pollination. The results showed that different pollen load affected fruit size, weight and total seed weight of a single fruit; when the pollen load was 1/4 and below, the length, width and weight of the fruit (fresh and dry weight) were reduced significantly; the dry weight of seeds was about 0.006 g with whole pollinarium and 1/2 pollinarium pollen load, while the dry weights were about 0.003 g and 0.0016 g with 1/4 and 1/8 pollinarium, respectively; different pollen load had no effect on the seed length and the size of the embryo, the length of the seed was about 0.55 cm, and the length and width of the embryo were 0.15 cm and 0.10 cm, respectively; when the pollen load was 1/4 pollinarium and below, the seed width increased significantly, from 0.13 cm to 0.16 cm. The experiment showed that reducing pollen load affected fruit size, weight and seed width, but had little effect on the length of seeds and the size of embryos. It was speculated that the ratio of the number of pollen to the number of ovules of Gastrodia was close to 2∶1.
