Problems and countermeasures in the cultivation of master’s degree in subject teaching(biology)

摘要: 着专业学位硕士研究生规模的不断扩大,确保专业硕士研究生的培养质量成为高校高层次人才培养面临的主要问题。学科教学(生物)专业学位研究生的培养目的是提高中学生物教师后备军的素质,使他们掌握现代教育理论、具备较强的研究能力,拥有丰富的教育教学实践。为了提高学科教学(生物)专业硕士研究生的培养质量,分析两年制学科教学生物专业硕士培养过程中存在的问题及其原因,并提出具有针对性的指导措施和策略,具有较强的现实意义。

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the scale of professional master’s degree students,ensuring the quality of professional master’s cultivation has become a major issue faced by high⁃level personnel cultivation in colleges and universities. The purpose of cultivating postgraduates with professional degree of subject teaching(biology)is to improve the quality of reserve force of biology teachers in middle school,so that they can master modern education theory,have strong research ability and have rich teaching practice. In order to improve the quality of the cultivation of postgraduates in subject teaching(biology),this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes in the cultivation process of the two⁃year discipline teaching(biology)master,and puts forward some pertinent guiding measures and strategies,which has strong practical significance.
