摘要: 质外体是植物细胞质膜外的结构,包括细胞壁、细胞间隙和其中的液体(质外体汁液),主要由多糖(纤维素、半纤维素和果胶)、蛋白质和木质素组成,广泛参与植物对各种逆境胁迫的响应。主要综述了质外体结构蛋白、多糖代谢蛋白、氧化还原蛋白及胁迫响应蛋白在植物重金属耐性中的作用,以期对植物重金属耐性的机理有更深入的了解。

Abstract: Apoplast is the plant cell compartment external to the plasma membrane which includes the cell walls, the intercellular space and the apoplastic fluid. Apoplast mainly consists of polysaccharides (cellulose, hemicelluloses and pectins), proteins and lignin, and has been demonstrated to be involved in response to different abiotic and biotic stresses. The paper summarizes the roles of apoplastic structural proteins, polysaccharide metabolism proteins, oxidation-reduction proteins and stress-responsive proteins in plant heavy metal tolerance to give a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms of plant heavy metal tolerance.
