Directional cultivation of microalgae in prawn pond

摘要: 对虾产业是我国水产养殖的支柱产业,在我国进出口贸易中占据重要地位。然而随着集约化程度的提高,养殖环境和病害问题越发严重,化学药物的使用量增加,对虾养成率和产品品质明显下降,传统的养殖方式和大量换水导致养殖池塘出现倒藻、无藻和有害藻等环境问题,引起人们对对虾食品安全的担忧,严重影响对虾产业的发展。微藻在对虾养殖生态系统中扮演着重要的角色,构建良性的微藻群落,不但可以提高氮的吸收效率,改善养殖环境,同时也可减少养殖对环境的污染。微藻的定向培育是改善池塘水质的重要技术措施,在水产业中具有广阔的应用前景。介绍微藻定向培育的藻种选择、池塘养殖模式选择以及池塘微藻定向培育技术,为微藻定向培育技术的应用与发展提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: The shrimp industry is the pillar industry of our country's aquaculture and occupies and important position in our country's import and export trade. However,as the degree of intensification increases,the farming environment and disease problems become more and more serious,the use of chemical drugs has increased,the shrimp growth rate and product quality have declined significantly,and traditional farming methods and frequent water exchange cause environmental problems such as inverted algae,no algae and harmful algae in the pond,which have caused people to worry about the safety of shrimp food and seriously affected the shrimp industry development. Microalgae plays an important role in the ecosystem of prawn culture ponds. Constructing a benign microalgae community can not only improve the nitrogen pollutants absorption efficiency and improve the environment, but also reduce the environmental pollution caused by cultivating. Directional cultivation of beneficial microalgae is an important technical measure for improving the water quality in pond,and has broad application prospects in the aquaculture industry. This paper introduces the selection of algae species and pond cultivating mode,and directional cultivation techniques of microalgae,to provide references and ideas for the application and development of microalgae directional cultivation techniques.
