盐碱胁迫对南疆喀什市牛皮消种子萌发的响应

Responses of seed germination of Cynanchi auricuti under salineand alkaline stresses in Kashi City of southern Xinjiang

摘要: 牛皮消广泛分布于南疆喀什地区,是一种能较好适应南疆盐碱土壤的植物。目前有关牛皮消适应盐碱土壤的机理研究鲜有报道。基于此,研究了典型中性盐NaCl和碱性盐Na2CO3胁迫对喀什市牛皮消种子日发芽率、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度和胚根生长速率的影响,计算了两种盐胁迫对牛皮消种子的相对盐害率,初步评价了牛皮消种子的耐盐碱性。结果表明,NaCl和Na2CO3对牛皮消种子日发芽率、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度和胚根生长速率均产生了较为明显的影响,Na2CO3的胁迫强于NaCl。Na2CO3对牛皮消种子的相对盐害率要高于NaCl,高浓度的Na2CO3直接抑制牛皮消种子的萌发。牛皮消种子萌发期对NaCl的耐盐适宜浓度、耐盐半致死浓度以及耐盐极限浓度均高于Na2CO3。为进一步深入研究牛皮消适应盐碱土壤的机理提供信息,同时也为牛皮消用于改良南疆盐碱土壤奠定基础。

Abstract: Cynanchi auricuti is widely distributed in the Kashi region, and it is a plant that can better adapt to the saline soil in southern Xinjiang. At present, there are few reports on the mechanism of the adaptation of Cynanchi auricuti to saline soil. Based on this, we studied the effects of daily germination rate, germination rate, germination potential, germination index, radicle length and growth rates of Cynanchi auricuti under typical neutral salt NaCl and alkaline salt Na2CO3 stresses in Kashi City. Relative salt-harmed rate and salt-tolerance were evaluated. The results showed that NaCl and Na2CO3 had significant effects on the daily germination rate, germination rate, germination potential, germination index, radicle length and growth rates. The stress of Na2CO3 was stronger than that of NaCl. Relative salt-harmed rate of Na2CO3 was higher than that of NaCl, and the high concentration of Na2CO3 directly inhibited the seed germination of Cynanchi auricuti. The salt-tolerant salt concentration, salt-tolerant semi-lethal concentration and salt-tolerant limit concentration of NaCl were higher than that of Na2CO3 at the germination stage. This experiment provides information for further research on the mechanism of Cynanchi auricuti adaptation to saline-alkali soil, and also lays a foundation for the improvement of saline soil in southern Xinjiang.
