高温胁迫对花药发育的影响及信号传导网络

The effects of heat stress on anther development and signal transduction networks

摘要: 温度上升是目前地球面临的一个严重的环境问题,严重影响了全球粮食生产及安全。相对于叶片等营养器官,雄蕊与雌蕊的发育对环境胁迫更加敏感。高温影响了花药的正常发育,严重时会导致雄性不育。高温胁迫影响了花药的减数分裂、绒毡层的功能、小孢子的发生及花药开裂等一系列生物学过程;同时,高温胁迫也改变了花药中活性氧(ROS)的动态平衡、激素的代谢及热激蛋白的调控等信号网络。总结了高温胁迫对开花植物花药发育的影响及花药响应高温胁迫的分子机制,详细阐述了高温对花药发育细胞学的影响,解析信号转导网络,以期更加直观地了解高温胁迫对雄性生殖的影响,从而为培育耐高温作物品种提供更加广阔的理论指导与支持。

Abstract: Temperature rise is a serious environmental problem and has seriously affected the global grain production and safety. Relative to vegetative organs such as leaves, the development of stamens and pistils is more sensitive to environmental stress. High temperature affects the normal development of anther, which can lead to male sterile in severe cases. Heat stress affected many biological processes in anther development, including meiosis, tapetum function, microsporogenesis and anther dehiscence. Meanwhile, heat stress also distrubed the reactive oxygen species (ROS) homeostasis, hormone metabolism, heat shock protein regulation and other signaling networks. In this paper, we summarized the effects of heat stress on anther development in higher plants, indicated the molecular mechanisms of antherresponse to heat stress, and analyzed the signal transduction network to try to understand more intuitively the effects of heat stress on male reproduction, so as to provide a broader theoretical guidance and support for breeding high temperature crop varieties.
