摘要: 人的肠道是数万亿微生物的寄居地,对维持人体健康具有重要的意义。肠道菌群失调与肥胖、糖尿病、肺部疾病等均密切相关,近年来,对肠道微生物与肺部疾病的报道越来越多,研究指出呼吸疾病通常伴随着肠道综合征,反之亦然。过敏性哮喘、肺炎等呼吸道疾病严重威胁着人类健康,肠道菌群对宿主免疫的调控及其代谢物的作用对肺部疾病的治疗至关重要。总结了肠道微生物对肺部疾病的影响及其可能的作用机制,归纳了以肠道微生物为靶点预防和治疗肺部相关疾病的方法,旨在为今后肺部相关疾病的防治提供新思路。

Abstract: The human intestinal is dominated by hundreds of different species of bacteria. It is important for maintaining human health.Intestinal microbial community dysbiosis is related to obesity,diabetes and pulmonary diseases. In recent yeas, more and more studies on intestinal microbiota and pulmonary diseases are reported. Research indicates that respiratory disease is usually accompanied by a bowel syndrome, and vice versa. In addition, respiratory diseases such as allergic asthma and pneumonia seriously affect human health. Intestinal microbiota on host immune regulation and the role of metabolites are crucial for the treatment of lung disease. In this paper, we summarized approaches of intestinal microbiota as targets for prevention and treatment of pulmonary diseases, aimed at providing new ideas for the future prevention and treatment of lung diseases.
