Microenvironment of cancer stem cell and the regulation strategy

摘要: 肿瘤干细胞能够自我更新和分化形成不同种系癌细胞。特殊微环境在肿瘤干细胞分裂分化过程中起关键作用,并且机体内癌细胞扩散和肿瘤复发与肿瘤干细胞及其特定微环境密切相关。围绕近年来肿瘤干细胞微环境相关的研究,对结肠癌、乳腺癌、白血病以及癌细胞接种模型等肿瘤中肿瘤干细胞、肿瘤干细胞微环境以及它们之间的相互影响及调控加以综述,介绍了肿瘤干细胞微环境对于肿瘤发展的各种可能的调控过程,这有助于深入理解肿瘤发生发展的机理。

Abstract: Cancer stem cells (CSCs) can self-renew and differentiate into different germline cancer cells, while the specific microenvironment of CSCs is essential for the division of CSCs. The spread of cancer and the tumor recurrence are highly related to the microenvironment of CSCs, and the construction of efficient tumor targeting therapy relies on the adequate understanding about this regulation mechanisms. Therefore, this review mainly focuses on the latest findings in the field of CSCs microenvironment, especially in the research of colorectal cancer, breast cancer, leukemia and inoculated tumor.
