两种山龙眼科植物次生木质部导管分子及其穿孔板的观察

The vessel elements and perforation plates of secondary xylem

摘要: 利用扫描电镜对山龙眼科斑克木属斑克木、银桦属红花银桦的次生木质部的导管分子进行了观察,分别描述了导管分子和穿孔板的不同形态及侧壁纹孔的分布方式。结果表明这两个种的单穿孔板都有具尾的现象,斑克木的侧壁纹孔有少量的对列-互列式分布,红花银桦则全部为互列式分布,显示了红花银桦较斑克木的导管分子演化程度更高。

Abstract: The vessel elements in the secondary xylem of two species from Proteaceae were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the difference in morphology of vessel and pits distributed of lateral wall were shown for the first time. The perforation plates of two species are simple with tail or without tail, all pits distributed in lateral wall of vessel elements in Grevillea banksii var. forsteri are alternate, while some of Banksia integrifolia are opposite-alternate, the morphology of vessel in Banksia integrifolia are primitive than Grevillea banksii var. forsteri.
