摘要: 自然选择是种群基因频率改变的一个重要因素,由选择引起的种群遗传构成的改变是一种适应性的改变,因此,自然选择被认为是物种适应进化的主要因素。鉴于该概念在解释生物进化中的重要作用,故在遗传学教学中备受关注。为了更好地展示自然选择对遗传平衡的影响,采用Excel 2003对其选择过程进行模拟,以期对其选择过程认识更形象、更深刻。

Abstract: Natural selection plays an important role in changing the gene frequency of a population. The change of population genetic structure caused by the selection is an adaptive change. Therefore, natural selection is considered to be the main factor of species adaptive evolution. Considering the importance of the concept in explaining biological evolution, it has received much attention in the teaching of genetics. In order to better display the effect of natural selection on genetic equilibrium, Excel 2003 is used to simulate the selection process, and it is expected to understand the selection process more vividly and profoundly.
