一种新型的生物医学计算平台运维方法

 

本文在分析 Wiki 超媒体技术的基础上,面向生物医学高性能计算平台的运维实践,提出了“生物医学计算平台协同办公” 系统的创建与维护,重点分析了我们的设计理念,如何对Wiki进行扬长避短式的应用、核心版块的深入分析, 为知识服务系统在生物医学计算平台运维领域的构建提供了一个有益的案例。

a novel operation method for Biomed Computing Platform

 

In this paper, we use open source Wiki system to create a Wiki-based operation method for our Biomed computing platform . We deeply analyse the Wiki system and pointed out our design concept according to our operation practices. We design some useful modules for our regular operation work and accumulate some operation-related knowledge based on this method. In the last few years, the method solves many practice problems in our work and formed a valued best practice for this field .

Abstract:  

 In this paper, we use open source Wiki system to create a Wiki-based operation method for our Biomed computing platform .
