施用微藻肥对两类草本作物生长及土壤性质的影响

Effects of microalgae fertilizer on the growth of two types of herb crops and soil properties

摘要: 微藻肥作为一种新型微生物肥料,能够显著促进作物生长发育,增加光合色素含量,提高光合效率,进而显著提升作物产量,在种植娃娃菜时施用微藻肥,娃娃菜的株高增长了2.71%~15.19%,根长增加了19.31%,包叶重最高增加了311.69 g,叶绿素含量增加了41.87%。同时,土壤容重降低了13.98%,孔隙度增加了18.18%,土壤理化性质得到明显改善。同样,在种植黄芪时施用微藻肥,黄芪的产量也得到提升,根重增加了5.45%~18.75%,净光合速率提高了8.02%~17.48%,土壤孔隙度和速效养分含量也有所增加。研究发现,微藻肥不仅对作物产量具有正面效果,同时对土壤改良也有一定的促进作用。

Abstract: The microalgae fertilizer, as an innovative microbial fertilizer, has demonstrated a significant ability to enhance crop growth and development, increase photosynthetic pigment levels, and improve photosynthetic efficiency, thereby substantially boosting crop yields. In the cultivation of Chinese baby cabbage, the application of microalgae fertilizer resulted in a 2.71% to 15.19% increase in plant height, a 19.31% rise in root length, and a maximum increment of 311.69 g in package leaf weight, with chlorophyll content increasing by 41.87%. Moreover, soil bulk density decreased by 13.98%, while soil porosity improved by 18.18%, indicating substantial enhancements in the soil’s physical and chemical properties. Similarly, when applied toAstragalus membranaceus, the fertilizer led to yield improvements, with root weight increasing by 5.45% to 18.75% and the net photosynthetic rate rising by 8.02% to 17.48%. Soil porosity and available nutrient content were also elevated. This study confirmed that microalgae fertilizer not only had a positive effect on crop yield but also played a role in enhancing soil quality.
