能力图谱在微生物学及实验教学效果评价中的应用及实践反思

Application and reflection of capability graph in learning outcomes evaluation in microbiology

摘要: 教学效果评价是教学过程的最后一个环节,也是促进学生反思的重要环节。传统的教学效果评价方式以教师为主导,侧重于考试成绩、学习过程等量化指标,忽视了学生对学习过程的全面评估及反思提升,“以评促学”的效果难以达成。课程通过使用能力图谱,将教学目标中对知识、能力和素养方面的要求具象化,引导学生通过能力图谱反思学习效果、制定个性化学习路径。同时,鼓励学生参与完善能力图谱的主要内容,参与评价指标的制定。这种以学生为中心的教学效果评价方式,有效实现“以评促学”,提升学生的综合能力与素养,推动教学改革,提升教学质量。

Abstract: The evaluation of learning outcomes is the last step in the teaching process and an important step in promoting students’ reflection and improvement. The traditional evaluation method is teacher-led, focusing on quantitative indicators such as exam scores and learning processes, while neglecting comprehensive evaluation and reflection on students’ abilities, literacy, and teaching processes. Microbiology uses the capability graph to visualize the educational goals of knowledge, ability, and literacy in the teaching objectives, and guides students to reflect on their learning outcomes through the capability graph. At the same time, students are encouraged to participate in improving the main content of the capability graph. The student-centered learning outcomes evaluation method aims to promote learning effectiveness through evaluation, improve students’ comprehensive abilities and literacy, promote teaching reform, and enhance teaching quality.
