透明质酸治疗骨关节炎的研究进展

Progress on hyaluronic acid in treatment of osteoarthritis

摘要: 系统介绍不同分子量的透明质酸对炎症通路的影响,以及透明质酸与不同受体特异性结合后的细胞活动。回顾不同分子量的透明质酸治疗骨关节炎的机制研究及其临床研究,主要分析透明质酸在治疗骨关节炎中维持关节内理化性质、调节炎症信号通路和保护关节软骨等作用,并指出关节内注射透明质酸治疗骨关节炎的不足。从治疗骨关节炎的角度介绍透明质酸的抗炎作用、促炎作用和软骨保护作用,以期为透明质酸治疗骨关节炎的相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: The effects of hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights on inflammatory pathways and the cellular activities of hyaluronic acid after specific binding to different receptors were systematically described. Mechanistic studies of hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights in the treatment of osteoarthritis and its clinical studies were also reviewed, mainly analyzing the role of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of osteoarthritis in maintaining intra-articular physicochemical properties, regulating inflammatory signaling pathways and protecting articular cartilage, and pointing out the shortcomings of intra-articular injection of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of osteoarthritis. This paper introduced the anti-inflammatory, pro-inflammatory and cartilage-protective effects of hyaluronic acid from the perspective of the treatment of osteoarthritis, with a view to providing a reference for the relevant research on hyaluronic acid treatment of osteoarthritis.
