SPF级与普通级FMMU白化豚鼠基础生理生化指标的比较

The measurement and comparison of basic physiological and biochemical index in SPF and conventional FMMU albimo guinea-pig

摘要:

为了测定和比较SPF级与普通级FMMU白化豚鼠血液指标、心率、颈总动脉压及心室压、脏器参数,取250~350 g SPF级和普通级FMMU白化豚鼠各30只,雌雄各半,饲养1周后,心脏采血测定血液生理生化及血气指标;颈总动脉插管测定动脉压,呼吸支持情况下开胸进行心室压测定;解剖并精确称量各脏器重量。结果显示SPF级与普通级豚鼠比较:血液指标中,10项血常规指标、14项血生化指标、15项血气指标的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);心率、颈总动脉收缩压、平均压以及右心室收缩压、舒张压的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);8项脏器重量差异及8项脏器系数差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明不同环境及微生物控制程度下,SPF级FMMU豚鼠与普通级FMMU豚鼠在免疫功能及代谢相关的血液指标存在较大差异,主要的脏器参数、心率、颈动脉血压及右心室压也存在差异。

Abstract:

To determine and compare the parameters of blood, heart rate, carotid artery pressure, ventricular pressure and organ indexes between conventional and specific pathogen free (SPF) FMMU albino guinea-pig, a total of 30 conventional guinea-pig and 30 SPF guinea-pig about 250-350 g weight were fed for a week, then blood physiological and biochemical indexes; blood gas and carotid artery pressure were determined; the ventricular pressure was measured by arterial catheterization, and heart rate was measured on the respiratory support condition. Finally, weight of guinea-pig body and main organ was weighed. Comparison of SPF and conventional FMMU albimo guinea-pig showed that the difference of 10 blood physiological indexes, 14 blood biochemical indexes and 15 blood gas indexes were totally significant
